Auto Clean All Skyrim DLC and CC AE Edition

This batch script automates the cleaning of all official Skyrim DLC and Creation Club plugins using xEdit's Quick Auto Clean. By streamlining the cleaning process, it ensures your game runs smoothly and reduces the risk of conflicts.

Why Clean Your DLC, CC and Mods?

Error Prevention:

Dirty mods can introduce errors, such as duplicate records, bad edits, or missing dependencies, which can cause the game to crash or malfunction.

Compatibility:

With multiple mods installed, conflicts can arise, causing unintended behavior or game-breaking issues. Mod cleaning ensures that your mods are compatible with each other, reducing the likelihood of conflicts.

If you plan to install conversion mods then don't clean them since they will depend on non cleaned DLC.

Installing: 💿

Backup your DLC and CC files into another folder in case you want to revert back to the stock DLC and CC esm and esl files!

Place both the batch_clean_plugins.bat and clean_plugins.txt files in the same file where SSEEdit.exe and SSEEditQuickAutoClean.exe are located.

Then run the bat file and it will open the SSEEditQuickAutoClean.exe and will auto select the esm or esl based on the loader and it will go and clean them automatically. You just follow the on screen prompts and close SSEEdit for the script to clean the next DLC or CC until it the process is finished.

The txt file has the load order of Skyrim AE.

Remove the bat and txt files.
