HOW IT WORKS
According to basic setting you have 5% chance of an earthquake event with random duration and intensity, cycling every 120 seconds. Based on a quest scene build it is customizable via console. All the standing NPCs around you will be staggered and you'll cower. You can jump during the earthquakes. The dragons are immune to the earthquake effects.
MOD CONFIGURATION MENU (MCM) AVAILABLE
COMMANDS CONSOLE FOR CUSTOMIZATION
set eq_Percentage to X. X where X. X is a float number to set between 0. 0 and 100. 0. This value means the probability if an earthquake will happen. 100. 0 means an earthquake strikes everytime the quest scene starts. Otherwise 0. 0 it means the earthquake is never gonna happen.
set eq_Timing to Y. Y where Y. Y is a float number to set a minimum vaule of 60. 0. This value sets the "pause" between quest scenes.
In either commands, please make sure to NEVER use integer numbers, so: set eq_Percentage to 50 -> Incorrect set eq_Percentage to 50. 0 -> Correct
setStage mannyEQ 100 This command shows the actual settings. It pauses the game showing a messagebox with the settings values. To continue, getting back ingame just click the "Ok" button.
setStage mannyEQ 255 This command generates an instant earthquake. Useful for demo purpose.
INSTALLATION NMM or, if you use manual installation, just place the ESP and BSA file and activate it via menu launcher.
UNINSTALLATION A correct way to uninstall the mod is to do this:
- Open console command and type: stopQuest MannyEQ
- Wait for at least the same seconds as the eq_Timing parameter (default is 2 minutes) so check your clock or kill a dragon meanwhile
- Create a new savegame
- Exit Skyrim, disable my mod.
- Reload the savegame and make a brand new one.
- Exit Skyrim, relaunch Skyrim then continue playing your latest savegame.
