When you shout all the three words, revert the weather to the default 81a (clear). Please note: Climates of Tamriel does not handles the clear weather (81a), however the shout works fine. Also this mod allow to use the shout at Winterhold and the Throat of the World INSTALL Unpack, activate it by the Menu Launcher and enjoy!
