CFR - Cloaks For Requiem (Cloaks of Skyrim-WIC-Requiem)

This is a work in progress and I'm definitely open to community input so long as it keeps with the spirit of Requiem. ______ INTRO: ¯¯¯¯¯¯ This is a patch with a (brief) history, now. You don't have to review it with me, but you're welcome to. Cloaks For Requiem originated with one awesome fellow creating a patch he called "Requiem - Cloaks of Skyrim", which Axonis then hosted on the page for his (since retired) Requiem-Frostfall-RND-AiO patch. Adjustments were made for the sake of balance, such as removing enchanted cloaks and the ability to enchant them (extra enchantment slots are way overpowered).

Meltyc handed this patch off to me eventually when I'd announced my intent to create a combination "Requiem - Cloaks" patch for Requiem, and I did indeed create that patch, as a number of people noticed. Since then, I've had a number of requests for compatibility, and couldn't help but notice some (or many) missing things in the various Requiem-Cloaks/WIC patches available.. So I decided it was time for CFR. Without further ado.. ______________ WHAT IS THIS??: ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ This is a (nearly) entirely modular patch that covers both Cloaks of Skyrim and Winter is Coming, for use with Requiem. I've (extensively) updated Meltyc's original patch, created my own Winter is Coming patch, and combined them to make Requiem - Cloaks; as well as creating 'light guards only' editions for the sake of reducing clipping, by request. USLEEP and CCF fixes included. ____________________ WHY DO I NEED THIS??: ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Let's start here: I reviewed most (if not all) other Requiem+Cloaks/WIC patches on the Nexus, trying to ensure that I hadn't missed anything myself, and I hate to say it, but I failed to find a single other Cloaks patch on the Nexus that actually makes them compatible with Requiem 1. 8+. Unfortunately, none of the (many) patches I'd found actually applied cloaks to the new guards or bandits (or bandoliers for CCOR editions), and many didn't even carry over all the changes to vanilla forms as they ought to (or even edit outfits; thus no implementation whatsoever).
