Update 11/29/15: Alright, I finally got around to making this patch compatible with USLEEP. I've packed the Legendary and Standalone versions into a single FOMOD. I'm leaving the last USKP versions as main files, as many people haven't made the leap to the unified unofficial patches. I have not tested the patch, but really nothing has changed from the last USKP version. Nevertheless, let me know if you have any problems with the patch and I'll do what I can to help.

This is just a patch I made to make sure my game loaded both the visual changes from Bijin Warmaidens by rxkx22 and the bug fixes from the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. It wasn't particularly hard to make, but I thought I'd upload it in case someone wanted it. It fixes some very small things, that may or may not be noticeable to you.
What it actually does: In a lot of cases, the patch carries through the cleanup scripting added by USKP that was missing in Skyrim.esm. That is, when these characters die, their bodies will no longer persist indefinitely, but will be cleaned up. This scripting is missing in Bijin Warmaidens and needed to be added in again.
In Adelaisa's case, the USKP changes her class from "citizen" to "1H Warrior" and changes some of her stats to reflect this change. I carried this change through to the patch, so those changes will be applied in game.
The other main thing was object bounds (OBND). I'm honestly not sure if this actually has much of an effect in game, but I decided I wanted any values from the USKP that were different from the Skyrim.esm because I wanted the USKP values for everything non-visual.
Lastly, for Uthgerd, USKP adds scripting that fixes a bug where Uthgerd refuses to leave the Bannered Mare, so you could never get the resting bonus if you marry her and live in her house. Also, Uthgerd
