Description: Creation begins from "Skyforge" in Whiterun. You must get new topic "Ancient Engine". There you can found all you need to construct. You must to have perk "Dwemer Equipment" and some dwemer scrap pieces. You can found it inside any ruins of abandoned dwemer sites. Other instructions will be granted to you as you progress through.
