Vortex Modlist Extractor (Java)

This is a reupload of a mod I had in the wrong section, not a new mod. If you have the latest version from the original page it is identical with version 1. 3. 0 here.

While meant for SkyrimSE, this small tool can extract the modlist of any game handled by vortex, trying it's best to guess the source url, so that you can easily share it.

This is mostly written for personal use, if you feel like contributing or want more features, let me know, source is on Github. The code has been unchanged for years and was previously for Skyrim SE only(and hosted in that part of the site), does support any game using Vortex now though.

There is no remote access or sharing site included, this runs purely on your local computer.

How to use it

• []In Vortex go to Settings[/]

  []Go to Workarounds[/]

  []Click Create Backup[/]

  []Save Backup somewhere[/]

  []Click the EXE of this Tool[/]

  []Select the Backup file[/]

  []Open the result text or html file next to the backup file to see your modlist[/]

Why is that not an extension?

Mostly due to lazyness on my part, I need to first read up on the Vortex API and then write the code for it. I plan to build an extension at some point in the future tho.
