Ever had this happen? You've got hundreds of mods installed and at some point you completely lose track. Then a game update drops, and suddenly a few mods just vanish, because the authors deleted or hid them, whether due to compatibility issues with the new version or because they're simply no longer maintained. Without manually checking every single mod page, you'd never notice this.

That's exactly where NMC comes in. It automatically scans your entire MO2 list, finds deleted or hidden mods, and helps keep your game stable.  (Note the API limit)

What exactly does this tool do?

NMC compares your entire MO2 mod list against the Nexus database, so you always know which mods are still online, which have been deleted, and which have vanished without a trace:

Online status scan

Scans your entire mod list and syncs it in real time with the Nexus API. (Note the API limit)

Precise error diagnosis

Instantly detects why a mod is unavailable:

Hidden | Deleted | In moderation | 404 (Not found)

Unique feature: NMC detects the status and notifies you with a highlight effect when a previously hidden mod suddenly becomes available to everyone again!

Review & export report

The "Review issues" button shows all problematic mods at once. You can export a detailed .txt report with direct links.

Built-in version fixer (sync)

Fixes the MO2 warning icons ("flags") by syncing the meta.ini file.

Includes a search filter: search for specific mods within the fixer.

"Select all": selects all updates at once.

Scan controls (pause/resume/stop)

Full control: pause the scan at any time and resume exactly where you left off.

Smart ignore list

Exclude specific mods (e.g. "Patch", "Update") from the scan using keywords, reducing your API requests.

API limit tracker

Keep an eye on your Nexus API quotas (daily and ongoing) at all times.

Automatic game detection & self-update

• Automatically detects your active game (Skyrim, Starfield, Fallout 4, etc.).

Checks whether a new version of the NMC tool is available on Nexus.

This is especially helpful if you've installed Nexus Collections or Nolvus with hundreds of mods and don't want to go through all of them manually (I think all mods that have been downloaded deserve an “endorse”).
