EMERGENCY 2023 - Vortex Game Extension

Adds EMERGENCY 2023 to Vortex as a managed game, so UE4SS mods install in one click instead of hand-dropping files into the game folder.

What it does

• []Adds the game to Vortex - auto-detects your Steam install (App ID 850170).[/]

  []Installs UE4SS for you - on first setup, if UE4SS is missing, the extension downloads the latest experimental UE4SS build from the official repo and installs it (with a confirmation prompt). A safe guard never overwrites an existing UE4SS install.[/]

  []One-click mod installs - UE4SS script mods (Lua) deploy to the correct ue4ss/Mods folder automatically.[/]

  []UE4SS settings, built in - a dedicated UE4SS tab under Settings lets you edit UE4SS-settings.ini without touching files: Graphics API (DirectX 11 / OpenGL), the debug console toggles, Render Mode, and your external mod-folder paths (+ModsFolderPaths) - plus Open folder / Edit file shortcuts.[/]

  Why the experimental UE4SS build?

  EMERGENCY 2023 runs on Unreal Engine 5. 3. 2. The last stable UE4SS (3. 0. 1, from early 2024) loads but crashes this game a few seconds after launch. The experimental build supports newer Unreal versions and runs EMERGENCY 2023 correctly, so the extension installs that one. It also sets GraphicsAPI = dx11 for you (OpenGL causes a black screen) and disables the debug console by default.

    How to use
