UPDATE v7. 1: Noise layer in both Composite Dithering shaders is now dynamic
UPDATE v7. 0: Added CompositeDithering and CompositeDitheringColor
UPDATE v6. 0: Added DitheringAM (Classic Amplitude-Modulated Halftone Dots Dithering)
UPDATE v5. 0: Added Dithering3 and ReverseDithering3. Soft dithering.
UPDATE v4. 0: Added Dithering2 and ReverseDithering2. They use another dithering shape.
UPDATE v3. 0: Added artistic dithering shaders: Dots, Stipples and FractalDither. Stipples and FractalDither need access to depth-buffer.
UPDATE v2. 0: Added Reverse Dithering Shader. It applies a white dithering effect over the bright zones.
This shader has no dependencies, it only makes use of the ReShade.fxh library.
