More Than Just A Lot

Short Description: Sims visiting a community lot rarely autonomously use outside-world objects around it even if there is no object inside the lot. This mod fixes that problem. With it, sims will autonomously use off-lot objects in any lot you want. Detailed Description: As shown in the picture below, sims seldom use off-lot objects even if they haven t nothing to do inside the lot, and they re in a club whose unique activity is to use an off-lot object. This mod adds o lot trait that solves that problem. So, you will see sims autonomously using objects outside the lot they are visiting if this mod s lot trait is active in this lot. As you can see below, almost nobody stays idle in the empty lot when this mod is active. They find off-lot objects to use. When there are objects inside the lot, sims can choose to use them as well as off-lot ones. Both options have the same weight, but the lot type and club rules can affect the choice. For example, the library influences sims to read or play chess, so will you not see most of them using off-lot objects unless they re bookshelves or chess tables. On the other hand, if a sim is visiting the library and gathering a club that recommends using the playground, they will frequently use off-lot playgrounds (when they are available). As shown below, you can find the Lot Trait linked to this mod in the Lot Challenges menu. Actually, it isn t a Lot Challenge. But, as you can choose how many lot challenges you want, it makes more sense to put it in this category. So, it doesn t use the limited 3 spaces for lot traits. By default, all sims may use off-lot objects when this lot trait is active. But, as shown below, you can forbid employees, sims gathering in a Club, sims with a generic role, or sims without a generic role to use them. If you don t know, sims with generic role can use any object when visiting a lot. Sims with a specific role (such as playing chess or reading) only use objects linked to that role. In general, both kinds of sims visit a community lot. Overrides, Compatibilities, and Dependencies: This mod doesn t override anything. So, it s (probably) compatible with any other mod. You don t need any Kits, Expansion, Game Pakcs, or Stuff Packs to use this mod. Of course, the Club gathering option doesn t do anything with you don t have the Get Together Expansion Pack. IMPORTANT : This mod requires Scumbumbo s XML Injector Script Mod to work. If you don t have it, you need to download it.
