]Download Reshade, install and choose your Silent Hill 2 executable file. Choose DX12 etc and opt to download all shader options.-
[]Once in game, Reshade will popup in the upper left hand corner. Choose this preset. Enjoy and adjust to your liking.

]Works best WITHOUT the 90s filter.[]Reshade menu is set to "Home" key. Toggle effect is set to "End" key. "Print Screen" for screenshots.
