A ue4ss mod that can change the FOV and camera distance.
It has a CameraFOV.ini file to edit values.
Note: I'm currently playing and testing the game. Mod still in testing/beta phase.
Installation:
Extract to <path-to-game>\SHProto\Binaries\Win64 where the main .exe is.
old Pak version:
Extract to Silent Hill 2 folder where the other SHProto is.
Delete dwmapi.dll
old Pak version:
Go to Silent Hill 2\SHProto\Content\Paks\~mods and delete my 3 files.
