NOT RESHADE. Real-time user control for beyond Ultra graphics and cinematic vfx. Greatly enhanced GI, Cinematic mode, Light Leak fixer, and more.
This mod was made as a favor. It comes as is and I don't intend to support it much.
Compatible with performance configs
BIG GRAPHICS CONTROL SUITE is a UE4SS mod and compatible with performance configs as this solely edits visuals at runtime. Aside from improving visuals, this addressed many usual game issues, such as non shadow casting lights - which also leaked through walls; gone! You can choose between a clean vanilla (no vignette, no film grain, moderate bloom, etc. or cinematic mode featuring cinematic color grading, (reasonably)strong lens flares, convolution bloom, film grain, and more. There are also numerous hotkeys for tailoring your visuals. You have control over GI intensity, sampling quality, a toggle for vanilla/big graphics rendering shaders, and more. Check sticky post for more details.
(It is not a reshade, if you install a reshade preset over this and it looks terrible - that's on you!)
INSTALLATION - Install the specific version of UE4SS linked in the required files
tab. Then unzip my mod into your GAME Installation directory ;
steamapps/common/SILENT HILL 2/SHProto/Binaries/Win64 BEFORE YOU LAUNCH THE GAME.
F1 - GI intensity - virtually no impact.
F3 - Cinematic Mode- negligible impact.
F4 - Shadow Switch - moderate impact.
F5 - Big Graphics toggle - notable impact.
F6 - Rendering Quality control - major impact.
(sometimes F5 and F6 may not register, just wait a moment and try again)
