Also provides +1 Amenity when there is a Campus, Encampment, or Theatre Square in the city. Agenda: Aequanimitas Will try to maintain peace and to dedicate as many Campuses, Theatre Squares, and Holy Sites as possible. Likes civilizations that do not pose a military threat.
