District: Diocese A district unique to the Papal States for Faith. Replaces the Holy Site. Allows the purchase of Shrines and Temples with Faith in this city. Provides a major Faith bonus when placed adjacent to City Centre, Government Plaza, or Consulate Districts. Unit: Swiss Guard Papal unique Renaissance melee unit that unlocks at Diplomatic Service.
