Can purchase districts with gold. Can spend 2 times required Science or 3 times required Culture in Gold to unlock Technologies or Civics. Has a 15% discount on purchases with Gold after unlocking Astrology, with an additional 20% discount after unlocking Astronomy. It has a lower cost, unlocks earlier, and provides double yields but requires more Power. +1 Great Work slot (holds any type), +3 Housing.
