City states that prohibit expansion Do you think the city-state occupies too much land and doesn't do anything? Suggest cooperating with the player's regional cultural bomb residency to blow up the city-state to only one piece of land left (laughs) It means that my technical skills are not very good, and I cannot find code that can make the city-state occupy only one tiles. This should be an unopened API. Perhaps it's a problem with the underlying code. Can anyone find out?
