Must be built on Desert tiles. Unique Improvement ---- Primal Obelisk: Provides Science. Provides Power after discovering Industrialization. Leader: Candace Leader Ability ---- Golden Vow: Cannot declare surprise wars. All units increase Combat Strength when fighting in or adjacent to their home territory. Bonus Food and Production to districts on Desert tiles. Leader: Dehya Leader Ability ---- Flame-Mane: Bonus to Trade Routes and Envoys from Eremite Station constructed. Bonus Production and Gold to your Trade Routes to an Ally's city or vassal city-state.
