Trade Routes sent to your cities grant Gold to Liyue per Quarry at the destination. Keqing's leader ability is Driving Thunder. Units can immediately move after purchase. Builders and Military Engineers have their Movement fully restored after taking a building action once per turn. Fully utilize her ability, and they can develop blazingly fast. The unique district of Inazuma is Triarchal Council which replaces the Government Plaza district. It awards +3 Governor Titles instead of 1. The Triarchal Council district and each government building built in the district provide Housing and all yields per Citizen to your cities with Governors or near it, but other cities receive non-Food yields penalty.
