Cannot recruit Great People other than Great Prophets. Earn a Resident of Gensokyo when build or fist capture a city. Each type of Great People recruited by other civilizations will provide a special bonus for Gensokyo: The Great Scientist provides a random technology. The Great Writer provides a random civic. The Great General provides all existing land combat units with a promotion level. The Great Admiral provides all existing naval combat units with a promotion level; The Great Engineer provides all cities with a permanent +5% productivity when building Wonders; The Great Artist makes all cities +1% Culture. The Great Musician makes the entire Civilization +10% Tourism. The Great Merchant provides a trade route. The Great Prophet makes all units +3 Religious Combat Strength. Unique Governor: Ran Yakumo An unique type of Governor with a unique promotion tree. Establishes in 3 turns.
