A unit taking the Skip Turn action while on the Atelier improvement will return to the Capital with its Movement restored. Agenda - Messy Protector (GS): Sophie will pillage when able, and likes those whose messes exceed her own. She makes for an easy friend, and will emphasize protectorate and liberation wars. Agenda - Messy Protector (Base Game, R&F): Sophie makes for an easy friend, and likes civilizations who are her Declared Friends. Dislikes anyone denouncing or attacking her friends.
