Description

Operations Manager adds a management app to the in-game phone, giving you one place to manage your properties, employees, wages, laundering, and automation settings.

Manage workers, adjust employee limits and speeds, collect dealer cash, pay supplier debts, and control production features directly from your phone.

Built for the Schedule I 0. 4. 7 IL2CPP update.

Installation instructions

Updating: Close the game and replace the previous OperationsManager.dll with the new one. Keep only one copy installed.

View your owned properties that support employees.

Each property shows:

Select a property to manage its workers individually. The Properties button returns you to the overview.

Allows employees to continue working outside normal working hours, keeping your operation running overnight.

Allows plants to continue growing through the overnight pause.

This setting does not increase their normal growth speed.

🧺 Drying Racks 24/7

Allows drying racks to continue processing throughout the day and night.

🛏 Beds Disabler

Optional support for employee setups without the normal bed requirement.

⚙️ Worker Settings

Open a property and expand Worker settings below Global settings.

• []Adjust the property’s employee limit, up to 25[/]

  []Set worker walking speed from 1× to 5×[/]

  []Set work/interaction speed from 1× to 5×[/]

  []Adjust walking and working speeds separately[/]

  []Reset to the original property limit and normal speeds[/]

Reducing the employee limit does not dismiss existing workers.

🏦 Business Laundering

The separate Laundering page lets you manage your businesses from your phone.

• []View your carried cash[/]

  []View the total amount currently laundering[/]

  []See each business’s active amount and maximum capacity[/]

  []Start laundering manually[/]

  []Enable Auto Launder separately for each business[/]

  []See the remaining time inside each business card[/]

Laundering uses carried cash and follows the game’s normal processing and bank-payout system. The countdown shows the remaining in-game time until all active runs at that business finish.

🤝 Auto Collect Dealer Cash

Automatically collects available cash from recruited dealers into your carried cash.

Enable it under Global settings. Checks approximately every 10 seconds while the game is loaded and you are awake.

💰 Auto Pay Suppliers

Automatically pays outstanding supplier debts using carried cash.

• []Pays only when you can afford the full debt[/]

  []Skips unaffordable debts and checks again later[/]

  []Does not use bank funds[/]

  []Does not place new supplier orders[/]

Enable it under Global settings.

🌾 Auto Sow

Speeds up manual planting by completing the sowing action once the seed leaves the vial or reaches its destination.

Uses the normal planting action and consumes the seed.

This skips the manual sowing steps; it does not automatically plant unattended pots.
