Host Left Game Fix

DESCRIPTION

Fixes the "Host left game" problem, where all clients get kicked. Generally only needed by the host.

Combine this with my Join Game Fix mod, which fixes the "Syncing NPCBehaviors" bug causing players to not be able to join a game.

TECHNICAL REASON FOR THE BUG

The networking system sends larger data packages (up to 1 Mb) than Steam allows (512 kb), particularly from the host to the clients. The mod reduces the maximum data package size that the networking system is allowed to use to 524,287 bytes (just under 512 kb), reserving one byte for the transport data.

INSTALL ON CLIENTS?

Installing on clients is optional, but it provides protection against oversized client-to-host messages. However, client messages are unlikely to be large enough to break the limit.

INSTALLATION

Only the host needs this mod! If you still experience it, install it on clients, too.

There are two versions of this mod: IL2CPP (default game version) and Mono (for the beta branch).

Just unpack it directly into your steamapps/common/Schedule I/Mods folder.

You should end up with this:
