Just like said in the can, download the save, import it from the game and enjoy your fresh start.
I did not mess with the story-line, its like a really vanilla game starting from beginning,
i just think is unfair to hide such a crucial mechanic like laundry money, that just make
the gameplay grindier and not fun at all. But If you want to, go straight to Barn, Like the meme "noice".
My try here was just to balance some things out to make the game more enjoyable for newcomers.
And, hey, if you dont like something i can always make some changes.
