Installation

1. Install MelonLoader 0. 7. 0+ for Schedule I

2. Launch the game once, then close it, this creates the mods folder in your installation directory.

3. Make sure you are on the Alternate branch (Steam > Schedule I > Properties > Game Versions & Betas > alternate)

4. Drop DropItems.dll into your Schedule I/Mods/ folder

5. Launch the game

Main features

- Prevents false "Host left the game" disconnects caused by client-side transport drops when the host is still in the lobby

- Automatically snapshots remote player data (inventory, appearance, clothing, variables) every 2 seconds on the host

- Auto-saves remote players every 45 seconds on the host, so disconnects don't wipe progress

- Restores a reconnecting player's latest synced state instead of loading stale save data

- Increases Steam networking timeouts to 120 seconds to reduce premature disconnects

- Blocks a FishySteamworks bug where null payload arrays cause one-sided disconnects

- Properly cleans up transport event subscriptions on player disconnect/destroy to prevent event handler leaks

- Shows accurate disconnect messages — distinguishes between "connection lost" (host still present, rejoin possible)

and "host left" (host actually gone)
