Adds a "Locations" app to the players phone (regardless of solo or multiplayer)
Scrollable and easy to read UI to pick the perfect deal location!
Only the HOST is able to change location, HOWEVER Host & Client will see the green banner in the top of the header in the app update in real time allowing everyone to see what the current deal location is at.
Host and Clients are all able to accept jobs with no issues as it is designed to force any "old" contracts/deals (ie if Kyle sent an offer and your location at the time was "in front of motel" but then decided to change it to "Behind Taco Tickers") to force the contract/deal to utilize the new location set by Host.
I do want to work on to where everyone can have their own location and depending who accepts the offer/deal will utilize THAT players location. It's currently in the works.
