    What It Does

    Casualty Vitals replaces the base game's ECG display with a multi-channel patient monitor, new medical items, and an optional complication layer.

    • []Replaces the vanilla health panel ECG with a custom multi-channel monitor overlay.[/]

      []Adds selectable waveform channels: HRT (ECG), SPO2 (Plethysmograph), RESP (Capnography), ABP (Arterial Blood Pressure), and ETCO2 (End-Tidal CO2).[/]

      []Channels can be previewed by hovering and pinned by clicking.[/]

      []Adds monitor alarm tinting and affected-channel button pulsing instead of blocking text.[/]

      []Supports a photosensitive alarm mode with slower, softer pulsing.[/]

      []Hides the custom monitor in unchipped mode so vanilla behavior shows through.[/]

      []Adds manual pulse checks on limbs for unchipped or low-information runs.[/]

      []Manual defibrillator features full multi-channel viewing, torso-placement signal scaling (torso gives a full signal; limbs give faint noise), and optional condition wear per shock.[/]

      []Adds dynamic hemodynamic bleeding: wound loss rates dynamically scale with blood pressure, circulating blood volume (up to 7. 5L hypervolemia), and limb vascular calibers, with live flow readouts in WoundView.[/]

      []Adds over 20 heart rhythms and irregular patterns (SVT, AFib, A-Flutter, VTach, TdP, Heart Blocks, WPW, and VFib).[/]

      []Unorganized VFib (>= 88%) blanks readouts to --- and ---/---, while recovery (< 78% fib) engages a 1. 4-second pulse recalculation sequence.[/]

      []Adds 10 custom medical items through CUCoreLib.[/]

      []Optional complications include electrolyte imbalances (from drug overdoses or banana binges), respiratory collapse, shock, and Elder Thornback dread effects.[/]
