📋 About This Mod
Attention: I would recommend following the steps in order, as ReShade is a little more difficult to install than
with other games due to RE9's anti-cheat system! (Don't worry, it's much easier than it looks. I'll just explain it in great detail.)
Install:
1. Install latest REFramework for Resident Evil Requiem from Nexus first (otherwise the game will crash with ReShade)!
2. Start the game at least once with REFramework installed (REFramework will create some folders in your game main directory)
(you don't have to change any settings in REFramework, close the REFramework menu after your game has started and close the game)
3. Download the ReShade Preset on files at the top of this page. Download ReShade Version 6. 7. 3 -> https://reshade.me
4. Start the ReShade setup.exe and choose Resident Evil Requiem in the menu and click next.
5. Select DirectX10/11/12 in ReShade setup and click next.
6. Select the following effects in the ReShade setup: (You must place checkmark symbols by clicking twice and not black filled square in front of the effects)

7. Click next and then click finish.
8. Go to your main Resident Evil Requiem directory where the .exe is located. (For steam by default it is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL requiem BIOHAZARD requiem)
9. Unzip my downloaded ReShade Preset and simply drag and drop all the files in the main directory. (Overwrite files if needed)
10. Copy the “reshade-shaders” folder located in the game's main directory and paste it into the “_storage_” folder, which is also located in the game's main directory.
11. Start the game. It may take a few seconds longer at the first start.
To check if ReShade has loaded, open the Reshade menu with the "HOME-Key" on your keyboard and open the “start” tab at the top in the reshade menu if it is not already open.
If ReShade has been loaded correctly, the following effects should already be active:
-Clarity
-LumaSharpen
-LevelsPlus
-Levels
