This is just modified version of the film grain disabler mod that adds a checkbox in the REFramework overlay. Original mod is here
Installation:

[]Download and install REFramework

]Extract the contents of the .zip to the game folder.You must reload the scene (reload a save or restart the game) after toggling the box. The effect is not toggled in realtime. You will notice the change after the reload.
I mostly made this because I noticed that the UI was confusing people in asdt123123's mod.
Technically you can do the same thing with theirs by disabling and enabling the script. This mod has no reason to exist.
