To remove the very pixelated/blocky horizontal black lines from camera/found footage cutscenes
This affects many cutscenes / small cutscene (camera POVs) moments with that annoying glitchy effect which makes the image insanely pixelated especially in VR
Does not remove the grain in those cinematics, but at least that effect's more tolerable visually in VR compared to the ones I removed!
If there are any cinematics I missed that still has this effect please let me know
