Foggy Raccoon City

This mod makes Raccoon City more foggy, adding a "Silent Hill" vibe to it.

It's really in its early stages, I haven't fully tested it, and there's definitely some tweaking to do, like reducing fog in interiors.

But from what I've played, I kinda like it. Maybe I could extend it to other chapters too.

A script is available, that basically does the same thing, but dynamically, for both versions.

Toggle the effect either by clicking on the button, or by pressing the F5 key, and select the intensity using the slider (basically works as a percentage, for example 0. 01 being 10% and 0. 1 is 100%). The values can go up to 0. 2.

To disable the effect, click on the button again, or press F5 again.

So let me know what you think, or how to improve it.

- I only tested with the Epic Games version. But it should work also with the Steam version (I included both in the downloads).

- The mod requires REFramework (with the "LooseFileLoader" option turned on for the "fixed" versions).

- Install it by using Fluffy Mod Manager (and select one option), or manually by dragging the "natives" folder (from one of the folders) to the root of the game.

- The Dynamic Fog Slider works for both versions. Install it using the mod manager, or manually by dragging the "reframework" folder to the root of the game.
