Installation:
- Make sure you have (latest) REFramework installed.
- Enable PAK Directory Loading (usually on by default) and enable LooseFileLoader in REFramework (keybind is "ins" in RE9)
- Use a modloader (like Fluffy's Mod Manager) and put the zip file in the mods folder of RE9.
- Start the game and equip the Silver Scope for Classic 70 to see the mod.
