This is a reupload because the original post was deleted. Thank you WrathFul, for sending me the file again, as I no longer had it.
Disclaimer:
This is not a pirated version, you still need to have the original game downloaded from Steam.
Here are all the changes:
-Removed all languages keeping only English (this alone reduces more than 15GB)
-Removed unused scenarios and their textures (reduces about 5GB)
-The game allows you to play with default textures and HD textures, removed the default textures since it makes no sense to download HD Project to use the default textures (reduces about 4GB)
-Removed HD Separate Ways videos (Reduces 5GB by using original videos, honestly who cares about videos right?)
-All textures that had 8k resolution have been reduced to 4k, textures that did not have mipmapping and power of 2 have now also been optimized, reducing loading time
HD Project Lite Plus has a reduction of textures from 8k to 2k, lately I have only been using the Plus version because it reduces from 40GB to only 14GB, and if you play at 1920x1080 you won't notice the difference

Will mods made for the original HD Project work on Lite?-Yes, as long as the mod doesn't use unused scenarios like st6 onwards.
How to install:
-First download the game from Steam, make sure you go to languages and leave it in English, before installing also go to the game settings and set the textures to HD.
Now simply delete the Bin32 and BIO4 folders and put the ones that came in the zip.
