About the Mod

Harder Generation is a gameplay mod that increases the complexity of REPO’s level layouts by using only the hardest map modules during combat stages. It makes levels longer, more intricate, and more challenging — without changing enemies, loot, or player stats.

This mod is designed for players who want a tougher, more intense exploration experience, especially in multiplayer co-op runs.

• []Harder Maps

  Replaces all standard map modules with “Tier 3” versions — the biggest, most complex, and most dangerous rooms.[]Combat-Level Focused

  Only affects real levels. Shops, arenas, and lobbies are left unchanged for pacing and stability.[]Multiplayer Only

  Only the host needs the mod. All changes happen server-side to keep things smooth for other players.[]Detailed Logging

  Includes extensive logging to help track what’s happening under the hood for debugging.

• []Install BepInEx 5 if you haven’t already.

  []Place the .dll file in your BepInEx/plugins folder.

  []Launch the game. If you're the host, the mod will run automatically during combat levels.
