John Marston and Son - Hardcore Save

Hardcore save file for the mission "John Marston and Son." This puts you right after completing the mission.

INSTALLATION

Drop the save file into your Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption\Profiles/User

Make sure to back up your existing save beforehand.

Everything up to this point has been completed, excluding the missions given after "The Outlaw's Return." This isn't intended to be an achievement save, but you'll most likely pop some.

What's completed?

- All challanges completed, except: Blackwater Poker Challenge and Explosive Rifle Challenge

- All stranger missions completed (excluding "Remember my Family")

- All weapons acquired

- All current available outfits completed

- All story missions up to this point completed with gold medals

I’m not entirely sure what achievements will pop, since I had already unlocked them in a previous playthrough, but I'm sure it'll be a few. I made this save because my original one bugged out during this mission and I had to restart. Hopefully, for anyone else who ran into this problem, this helps you enjoy the rest of the game.

The optional file is a continuation of the John Marston and Son save. Everything has been completed—except for the final step of the "Remember My Family" stranger mission. You're already camped near Ross's location. Once you complete the quest, you'll hit 100% completion and hopefully get all achievements for the base game. Also, 100 percent Undead Nightmare save. Just complete the last mission "On a Pale Horse," and you'll be set. Everything is completed.
