Replaces standard LSPD vests and uniforms in both colors, LSPD heavy vest, softshell jacket, and investigator jacket.

Adds FBI Enhanced SWAT and FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) agents.  Visuals based on real life images catered more to standard teams with some inspiration from CSGO/CS2 operator skins.

The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTFs) are over 100 multi-jurisdictional teams nationwide that

investigate terrorism, both international and domestic. Composed of federal, state, and local law enforcement (including FBI agents, police,

and NCIS), they share intelligence and resources to detect, disrupt, and prevent terrorist attacks. Located in all 56 FBI field offices, these teams work around the clock, with personnel including investigators, analysts, and linguists. They handle investigations into terrorism, extremist activities, and threats to national security, often focusing on pre-operational planning to stop attacks.  They bring together dozens of agencies, including HSI (Homeland Security Investigations) and local law enforcement, fostering collaboration and sharing intelligence.

Nine designated FBI "Enhanced" SWAT teams are elite, part-time tactical units based in major field offices, trained to support the full-time Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). These larger teams possess advanced equipment, receive extra maritime training, and handle high-risk operations, bridging the gap between standard field SWAT and the national HRT.
