Suspects Overhaul for S Score Training

Thank you for reviewing this mod! This mod is suitable for S score training. Below are the modifications.

1. Modify the number of suspects to 30. Some missions such as "23 megabytes a second" follow the original version.

2. The suspect's health have increased to 999999 , while using lethal weapons to hit the head, arm or leg is still fatal.

Installation: Download the pak file and drop it to the paks folder.
