Realistic AI behavior settings

This mod places priority on verisimilitude, plausibility, and realism above all other considerations. As such I have reworked each scenario to have the most realistic amount of suspects along with appropriate adjustments to suspect accuracy, stress levels, probability of suicide, etc, etc, while keeping the narrative element of each mission intact. The goal is to immerse the player in the most life-like simulation of a real life swat event.

Along with baseline AI upgrades from Dark Waters, suspects will now exhibit enhanced tactical abilities, increased self preservation and evasion behavior, more reliance on cover, hiding, and ambushing.
