More Realistic SWAT AI

This was made due to the request by roflcakes3503, they wanted better SWAT AI without high health like my other mod had, for more realism.

This mod gives your AI SWAT teammates more realistic reaction times, aim and fire times, and time on target along with lower health, for the players who like more realism and not so dumb AI teammates.

Now I am no professional at realism but with a few Google searches I found,

The average human reaction time is typically a quarter of a second (250 milliseconds) however some may be faster but the fastest reaction time is around 100 – 120ms.

And by searching What's the average time for someone to aim and fire a gun I found that the average time it takes for a certified peace officer to draw and fire a gun is 1. 777 seconds.

So this mod offers 3 options, option 1 with real reaction times and the default game health, option 2 which is the same as option 1 but with a health value of 100 and then option 3 which was the swat values used in my other mod Dumb AI and Godlike Swat but the health value was set down to 100

Install Instructions

• []Choose a version and install only one of them, not multiple at the same time. Recommend you start with the main file to try it out.

  []Unpack the .zip file to path ....\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks\

  []If you can't find this folder, right-click the game in Steam --> manage --> browse game files or something to this effect.

  []Launch game.

  FAQ - Common

  Can I use this in multiplayer?

  No, it affects your AI teammates which in multiplayer you don't have.

  Does it affect cosmetic unlocks or achievements?

  Guaranteed to still unlock cosmetics, and I've had progress updates for achievements. The score at the end of a game will have a red text with "modded score - unofficial" or something, but it doesn't seem to affect anything other than your saved high score.

  Does it affect the SWAT teammate AI?

  Yes, it changes the AI teammate's health, accuracy, time on target, and weapon up before firing time.

  Do I need to install both/multiple files to get the variants working?

  Just choose ONE file and install it, if you choose multiple one will probably overwrite the other depending on the alphabetic filename or something.

  I can't get it to work, the AI is still vanilla!

  If you installed any custom maps, you may have a hidden AI file included with the map
