Features Montana Livestock Commission law enforcement agents.

Livestock agents hold law enforcement powers to enforce animal welfare laws, investigate cruelty or theft, ensure humane transportation, and mediate ownership disputes.

The Montana Livestock Commission...actually isn't real.  But there is an enforcement division under the state Department of Livestock which presumably is not nearly as corrupt as in Yellowstone.

Meant to be a funny replacement for Pier suspect stolen police vests and also is useable for players with  mwwreeee's Spiritus Systems LV-119 which does use the basegame Pier suspects textures.
