IRS CID Special Agents (LSS Updated)

Adds IRS CID Special Agents.

Criminal Investigation is a division of the Internal Revenue Service, which in turn is a bureau within the United States Department of the Treasury.  CID Special Agents investigate legal source tax crimes where taxes are evaded, illegal source financial crimes including money laundering, narcotics-related financial crimes, counterterrorism, and espionage.  CID agents participate in high-level espionage investigations along with organized crime and cyber crime investigations, especially the use of cryptocurrency for narcotics trafficking and money laundering.  IRS Special Agents are the only IRS employees authorized to carry firearms and make arrests, and are trained in undercover operations, electronic surveillance techniques, forensic sciences, and interviewing techniques.  The IRS CID has a conviction rate of over 90 percent.
