BORTAC Black Edition for PMC Baker

Changes BeYkeRYkt's excellent PMC Baker Company into BORTAC Multicam Black edition with a complete overhaul with input from real world images of the fairly elusive BORTAC team.

Vests changed to multicam black, also now offers multicam and multicam urban options.  Shirts and pants have multicam, multicam black, and prototype multicam urban options.

BORTAC is the specialized tactical unit of the US Border Patrol (CBP) situated in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  Established in 1984, BORTAC was originally created to manage disturbances in Immigration and Naturalization Service detention facilities. Over time, its mission has evolved into a rapid-response force capable of handling high-risk domestic and international operations. BORTAC specializes in counterterrorism, hostage rescue, high-risk warrant service, drug interdiction, and tactical operations in challenging environments. The unit is part of the Special Operations Group (SOG), alongside BORSTAR (Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue). With 241 full-time and 18 part-time operators, BORTAC is headquartered at Biggs Army Airfield, Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas.

Prior special operations experience is no guarantee of selection for BORTAC with a pass rate of around 25%.

Requires and replaces textures:

BeYkeRYkt's PMC Baker company, obviously, or will not work.

KNOWN ISSUES

Sometimes _P has to be deleted at the end of the main PMC baker mod to get this to replace textures.

The Pantsir vest will not be retextured- too much of a pain and its not a US vest anyways

Only black variants of shirts have been retextured
