This mod is a replacer for the original TOC. With permissions from Mike - BlueLine Vibes, This mod adds in Voiceovers from BlueLine Dispatch. (This mod is not affiliated with BlueLine Vibes, most of the Voiceovers all came from his mod.)
My take on delivering an immersive TOC using Voiceovers from BlueLine Dispatch mod for LSPDFR.
Update: Please delete the old Pak folder before updating
