Installation

Installing MelonLoader 0. 5. 7 (Required)

• []Download and install MelonLoader Requirements:

  []. NET Framework 3. 5 Runtime

  []. NET Framework 4. 7. 2 Runtime

  []. NET Framework 4. 8 Runtime

  []Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Re-distributable [x86] [x64]

[]Run MelonLoader. Installer.exe. It should open in Tab named Automated.

[]Click the SELECT Button.

[]Select the path to the Game's EXE in the Game's Installation Folder.

[]Next to Version uncheck "latest" and choose v0. 5. 7 in the Drop-Down List. Important: later versions of MelonLoader not supported by NNT

[]Game Arch should Auto Detect to x86 which is correct for this game.

[]Click INSTALL

Installing this mod :

• [] Download and extract Haywires Utilities to the Mods folder of root game directory

  [] Download this mod and extract contents of the zip to the root of your game directory. For example: steamapps\common\Oddworld New n Tasty\

• If performed correctly, you should see mods dlls in Oddworld New n Tasty\Mods\

  and the ClassicChantAssets.unity3d should be in Oddworld New n Tasty\NNT_Data\StreamingAssets\

Configuring this mod :

When you run the game once, the mod will automatically generate the configuration options in Oddworld New n Tasty\UserData\MelonPreferences.cfg or you can create them yourself in the config like below:

WhirlWindParticles = true

ChantParticles = true

ShowChantBirds = false

MandalaEnabled = false

PossesionTimerType = "CLASSIC"

WhirlWindParticles (true/false) : Show or hide the Classic orb whirlwind

ChantParticles (true/false) : Show or hide the Classic random chant particles

ShowChantBirds (true/false) : Show or hide the NNT chant birds

MandalaEnabled (true/false) : Show or hide the NNT chant mandala

PossesionTimerType (CLASSIC/NNT) : Timer before possess. Classic time 5 seconds, NNT 3 seconds. Added to give more time to see the effect.
