No Bounty When Masked
This mod simply prevents you from getting any bounty while your face is covered.
If you got wanted while your face is covered, you just won't get any bounty as long as your face stay covered.
But! If you took off the face cover, you would start getting bounty until you lose your wanted level, even if you put it back on.
Note that it means that you have to wear a face cover before getting wanted.
Works for both bandana & large masks.
