Allows the high res textures used at 1440p and higher to be used at lower resolutions, Restores unused HD vegetation textures and mostly fixes a rockstar mistake
So, why are the vegetation textures unused? Rockstar forgot to add their directories to the list of HD files that get loaded
So, What's wrong with the update weapon icons? When adding in the update file weapon icons, rockstar uploaded the lower res version of the ytd to the HD directory, so essentially the weapons were still 256x128 no matter what resolution you used, this fixes that to use the pre-update icons, this also means we have no true hd versions of the weapon icons for dlc weapons (M1899 and such) so i created some using the satchel icons as a base.
