Adds toggleable, colorable liveries to the C30-7, SD40-2, with Options for the "Snoot" Nose or Standard Nose, and the ex. TP&W GP38-2s, with different toggleable shop names. All have Build Plates Accurate to the First Locomotives of their class and safety decals as accurate as I can make them to the real locomotives as I could get.
