ATSF Bicentennial and BNSF 250 unit

Description

Adds the BNSF 250 unit and ATSF Bicentennial liveries to Freeman's ES44AC and SD60.  The SD60 is currently being used as a stand-in for an SD45, when one comes out, I will either replace it or add it.

Installation instructions

Installs Via UMM.  Once installed, the Preset File is in the mod and needs to be moved to the Beeman's preset folder, which can be found by going here.   C:\Users\(Your User)\AppData\LocalLow\Giraffe Lab LLC\Railroader\LocoPresets
