Salty's GMD-1 Liveries

The GMD GMD-1 was built in 1958 for two Canadian Railways, Canadian National and Northern Alberta Railways. The GMD-1 was designed specifically to resolve an issue regarding light rail branch lines unable to handle the distributed weight on regular locomotives, Therefore GMD came up with the design based off of the EMD SW1200 with an elongated frame, and a more comfortable road switching cab.
